We've Gone Virtual
One thing that's become even more obvious this year is that we all need to continue our own education, invest in our personal growth, and strive for optimal health and wellness. Although I am missing my in-person groups dearly, by offering online retreats, we can still accomplish many of these goals while also maintaining some sense of normalcy and connection to our community. We hope you enjoy these offerings.
