About the event
A monthly conversation for parents
with Sarah Shulman, pediatrician, and Maria Fahrner, educator
Join us on the 3rd Wednesday of every month for a warm, thoughtful, and practical conversation about raising children with greater wisdom, confidence, and resilience.
Each month we will explore a theme that speaks to the real questions parents are carrying, while also leaving space for reflection, connection, and shared wisdom.
Some of the themes planned for the year include:
Rhythm, sleep, and the back-to-school reset
Immunity, seasonal illness, and when to call the pediatrician
Picky eating, nutrition, and everyday wellness
Big feelings, overstimulation, and emotional regulation
Strong-willed kids, boundaries, and connection
Screens, attention, and protecting healthy development
Anxiety, sensitive children, and building resilience
Allergies, eczema, rashes, and natural support
Summer health, outdoor play, and common warm-weather issues
Your home remedy toolkit: when to support at home and when to seek care
This is a space to join the conversation, meet like-minded parents, and gather support from one another as well as from trusted guides and wisdom keepers.
