You see, I too was resistant to changing my eating habits. Even when I began to experience symptoms that were negatively impacting my daily life, it took me at least a couple of years to give in to changing my relationship with food.
At the time, my husband was a chef at a very well-known restaurant and I considered myself a "foodie". I had grown accustomed to rewarding myself with food.
But once I let go of my limiting beliefs, I was able to discover where my best health had been hiding. I was astonished at how much better I felt after simply identifying the best foods for my body and committing myself to providing my body with the nutrition that it had been longing for.

7-Week Online Workshop
In this course, you will be guided one step at a time to heal your gut and detox your body. We will help you identify which foods may be inflammatory for you. You will take part in weekly live webinars and have access to recordings. We provide detailed meal plans and recipes for each phase of the program. You will learn how to stock your pantry with clean nourishing foods. You will have access to cooking videos, ongoing email and messaging support, as well as a private Facebook support group.

For this reason, in my private coaching, I always begin with a food query. Most often food has an important role in helping my clients reach their ultimate health goals.
