Service Description
Full description: This 60-minute Mind–Body Resilience Session is designed to give you space to slow down, be witnessed, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Together we may explore: What’s currently causing you stress or distress How it’s showing up in your body and emotions Simple grounding, breathing, or visualization exercises Personalized rituals or practices you can use at home I draw from my medical background and extensive training in holistic, body-centered, and nature-based approaches to help you reconnect with your own capacity for balance and resilience. Important: This session is for education, reflection, and emotional support only. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, or any treatment recommended by your healthcare team.
