Join me for A Two-Hour Essential Oils & Journaling Retreat
What if one of nature's greatest gifts has been quietly waiting to support you all along?
Here's a little-known idea that has fascinated me for years:
Many ancient cultures embraced the belief of animism—the understanding that the natural world is alive with wisdom, and that plants are not merely medicine for the body but companions for the soul. What if the plants around us carry qualities that can help us navigate grief, fear, self-doubt, overwhelm, and life's many transitions?
Whether you view this symbolically, spiritually, or simply as a beautiful way of relating to nature, it invites a profound question:
Could the scents of plants help us reconnect with ourselves emotionally?
For decades I have been captivated by the emotional and spiritual support that essential oils seem to offer. While research has shown that scent has a unique pathway to areas of the brain involved in memory and emotion—including the amygdala and nearby limbic structures—many people also describe essential oils as powerful companions during seasons of healing, reflection, and personal growth.
Perhaps this is no accident.
Perhaps we were designed to experience the world through scent in a way that reaches us more deeply than words ever could.
Join us for an intimate two-hour retreat where we explore this fascinating intersection of nature, neuroscience, intuition, and personal transformation.

Physician • Intuitive Healer • Shamanic Practitioner
During this immersive experience you will:
• Experience carefully selected essential oils traditionally used to support grounding, emotional balance, courage, peace, and self-awareness.
• Learn why our sense of smell has such a remarkable relationship with emotion, memory, and the limbic system—and why scent can feel so profoundly personal.
• Discover the emotional themes traditionally associated with specific essential oils and reflect on which ones seem to resonate most deeply with you.
• Engage in thoughtful journaling designed to uncover emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and the parts of yourself that are asking to be seen with greater compassion.
• Be guided through a deeply relaxing meditation and shamanic-inspired inner journey using breath, visualization, and aroma as anchors for presence and self-discovery.
• Receive practical rituals you can continue at home, allowing these plant allies to become gentle companions in your everyday life.
This is not about fixing yourself.

It is about slowing down long enough to remember your own inner wisdom.
Whether you are navigating change, longing for greater peace, seeking clarity, or simply curious about the emotional and spiritual dimensions of essential oils, this retreat offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself—and perhaps discover that nature has been quietly walking beside you all along.
Come curious.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more deeply connected to yourself.
